Non-Discrimination Policy: Ouachita Hills Academy admits students of any race or color, national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its academic policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and other school administered programs.
Application Procedure:
1. Get application package.

> Call us requesting application package - (870)342-6210.
> Send us an e-mail - info@ouachitahillsacademy.org
2. The student is to neatly fill in all data requested on the application blank. (Parents complete the health inventory only.)
> Attach a snapshot or small photo
> Enclose a $10.00 application fee
3. Send a copy of your official transcript or most recent grade report card to us.
4. Have the following fill out a Recommendation Form, and have them mailed directly to us (please do not include them with your Application).
> Principal or Teacher
> Pastor
> Friend (adult) who has known you for over a year
5. When all of the following items have reached Ouachita Hills Academy, your application will be processed:
> Signed application form
> Photo
> Application fee
> Three recommendations
> Official transcript or most recent grade report card
> For home schoolers, standardized test scores such as Iowa Test Basic Skills (ITBS).

Tuition and Fee Schedule:
Tuition is determined by the number of years a student has attended Ouachita Hills Academy:
| First year student | $790/mo. in ten installments |
| Second year student | $780/mo. in ten installments |
| Third year student | $770/mo. in ten installments |
| Fourth year student | $760/mo. in ten installments |
A 5% discount is given for payment of the year's tuition at or before registration.
The following charges are due at registration in addition to the first month's tuition:

A non-refundable room reservation fee is due within two weeks of receiving notice of acceptance as a student. This fee is applied at registration to the registration fee.

*Does not include fees for flowers, graduation announcements, class gift or senior trip. These will vary depending on choices and quantities.
