Directions

Ouachita Hills Academy is located on 381 acres in rural Southwestern Arkansas.

From Arkadelphia, Arkansas (I-30) - Exit I-30 at Arkadelphia (Exit #73) and make a right on Highway 8 West. Immediately the highway Y's. Stay to the right on Highway 8 West. Follow Highway 8 West for 26 miles to Amity.

From Fort Smith, Arkansas (I-40) - Exit I-40 at Fort Smith (Exit #7) and follow Highway 71 South 65 miles to Y City. At Y City turn left (East towards Hot Springs) on Highway 270. Follow Highway 270 East 31 miles to Mt. Ida. At Mt. Ida turn right (South) on Highway 27. Follow Highway 27 South 8 miles to Norman. At Norman turn left (East) on Highway 8. Follow Highway 8 through Glenwood (13 miles) to Amity (another 8 miles).

From Amity, Arkansas (Highway 8) - From Amity town center (round about) proceed one block West to Mountain Rd. Turn left (South) on Mountain Rd. (at Carlee's Corner gas station). Proceed through Curt Bean's lumber mill. About one and a half miles past the lumber mill the road will Y. Stay to the right. You will cross a small bridge and the rail road tracks (the road becomes gravel). In approximately 2 miles you will reach another Y and again stay to the right. After passing the OHA sign, you will proceed down a hill onto campus.
